<span style="text-align: justify; color: rgb(0, 0, 0); line-height: 16pt; letter-spacing: 0pt; font-family: "굴림"; font-size: 10pt;">○ 차량단속사안에 대하여는 당일 2시간대 응급환자(모친의 골절)를 위해 병원 앞 도로변에 부득이 주차함에 의견진술하였으며 우리군에서는 도로교통법 시행규칙 제14조 규정에 의거 당연 과태료 부과 면제조치 하였으나 차량 견인 요금 환불에 대하여는 관련법령 및 조례의 불비함으로 규정상 감면(면제)에 어려움이 있음을 이해하여 주시기 바랍니다.</span></p>
